Here at NextGen Career Coaching I believe in empowering my clients and providing you the tools and transparency needed to make those all important marginal gains. Offering a career coaching service that means you can take control of your career.

I have been working hard to refine my sessions and now offer my services in two formats.

Either a simple CV review service which is my "CV Surgery" or for those needing some extra support and guidance with their job search I offer my "Career Launchpad" package.

All coaching sessions will be personalised to fit your goals and help you unlock your potential and create your path to success!

CV Surgery

Many of us get in to the habit of using the same old CV that has provided us success in the past expecting that it continues that way. However it is quite often not the case, the job market evolves, in demand skills change and the competition for every job has never been higher.

Ensure your CV stands out from the crowd for all of the right reasons, increase your application success rate and give yourself the best chance of passing the all-important CV Screen.

Book in for a CV Surgery and I will review your current CV, provide you with feedback on your current strengths and areas for improvement via a personalised loom video.

As well as this I will provide you with my own CV template with directions and tips on how to build and create an eye catching and optimal CV along with my CV Surgery handout.

Career Launchpad

£149.00

Introducing Career Launchpad, the career coaching package designed to help you take your career to the next level! With a focus on personalised support, expert guidance, and proven strategies, this package offers everything you need to succeed in today's competitive job market.

With 3x one-on-one coaching sessions, you will receive personalised attention and support and additionally, you will be provided with ongoing support and guidance to ensure that you stay on track and achieve your career goals.

This package as standard will include a CV review, where we will work together to get your CV just right for your career aspirations and giving you the best chance at converting those job applications into interviews.

It is then down to you and what you are looking for as to where we focus our attention for the remaining sessions. Whether that be:

A LinkedIn profile review and building your own personal brand
Cover letter writing (yuk we all hate them, but how do you write a good one!)
Job search best practices and strategies - both proactive and reactive job search tips
Interview coaching - how to best prepare for any upcoming interviews.

How do I pay for my career coaching session?

Payments will be collected at the point of sale via my stripe payment page.

Once booked and paid what happens?

Once payment has been received for your coaching sessions I will reach out to you within 2-3 working days asking you to complete a form and provide a copy of your CV.

How quickly can we start sessions?

Within 3-5 working days of your booking we will have your first session booked in and confirmed. If for any reason you need a faster turnaround than this then please reach out to me directly at: vinny@nextgencareercoaching.com to confirm if this is feasible before booking.

Am I able to obtain a refund once booked?

Once payment has been taken bookings are non-refundable.

If I need more sessions is that possible?

Absolutely, if we agree that you require more than the three sessions provided in my Career Launchpad package, you can also pay per session.

How do you run the sessions?

All sessions are run virtually via Microsoft Teams.

How long are the sessions?

All coaching sessions are optimised to run for 40 mins each.
